常见问题

为什么要护照认证？
为了和陌生人拼车更放心。认证仅用于提升可信度，由 AI 自动完成，不构成法律实名。只浏览不需要认证；发布或申请拼车需要先完成认证。

怎么联系拼友？
申请被接受后，发起人与对应成员可在出发前 72 小时至出发后 24 小时内分别同意交换联系方式；只有双方都同意才会显示微信号。实际打车请自行用 Kakao T / Didi / Uber 下单。

如何举报或拉黑？
拼车详情可以举报行程或拉黑发布人，公开评价下也可以举报单条评价。我们对违规内容零容忍，会在 24 小时内处理。

如何删除账号？
在「我的 → 删除账号」即可永久删除账号与全部数据，不可恢复。

Pool helps you find people heading the same way to share a ride. It is an information-matching community only — we do not provide ride-hailing, payments, or transportation.

• Verification: Browsing needs no verification; publishing or applying requires passport verification. AI verification is a reference only and does not prove identity or guarantee safety.
• Contact exchange: After acceptance, the host and corresponding member must both agree. Contacts are available only from 72 hours before departure to 24 hours afterwards while the ride is active. Completion, cancellation, blocking or expiry stops disclosure.
• Report / Block: Ride details offer report and block actions. Each public review can also be reported. Reports are handled within 24 hours.
• Delete account: Go to “我的 → 删除账号” (Me → Delete Account) to permanently delete your account and all data.
